North Brisbane Building & Pest Inspections

My partner and I recently bought a property on a really tight timeframe, and in the current market were nervous about being able to find a pest and building inspector at all - let alone a quality one! Brett was not only able to fit us in last minute, but his service and attention to detail were fantastic. Immediately after leaving the property he gave both me and the sales agent a call to discuss a few issues he found, giving us a head start on getting them resolved rather than just waiting for the completed report (which once received was extremely comprehensive). We really appreciated the time he took to explain the problems, solutions and potential later issues (even if I didn't want to hear about removing the tree!) and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use him again.
